Georges Favret， the fourth generation， is known as one of the founders of the famous Confrrie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Order of Tasting Wine)， and his name remains on the Ospis de Nuits-Saint-Georges cuve as Les Saint-Georges Cuve Georges Favret. He is also known as Georges Favret.
